Refund/Return Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and service modifications are handled by CREST PRO LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

As an event planning and management company, our services involve time, coordination, vendor bookings, and advance commitments. Therefore, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.


2. Booking & Deposit Policy

  • A signed service agreement and initial deposit are required to confirm any event booking.
  • Deposits are used to secure event dates, begin planning, and reserve vendors.
  • All deposits are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.

3. Client Cancellation Policy

If a client chooses to cancel services, the following terms apply:

A. Cancellation More Than 60 Days Before Event

  • Payments made may be partially refundable.
  • The non-refundable deposit will be retained.
  • Any non-recoverable vendor expenses already incurred will be deducted.

B. Cancellation 30–60 Days Before Event

  • Up to 50% of total payments may be refundable.
  • Deposit remains non-refundable.
  • Vendor payments already made are non-refundable.

C. Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before Event

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • All payments made are considered final due to vendor commitments and planning work completed.

4. Event Postponement

If a client requests to postpone an event:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date.
  • Additional fees may apply depending on vendor availability and rescheduling costs.
  • Deposits may be transferred to the new event date if rescheduled within 6 months.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Company-Initiated Cancellation

If CREST PRO LLC must cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Clients will receive a full refund of payments made to us, excluding third-party vendor payments already disbursed.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Vendor Refunds

CREST PRO LLC works with third-party vendors (venues, caterers, decorators, entertainers, etc.). Vendor refund policies are governed by each vendor’s individual agreement.

  • We are not responsible for vendor refusal to issue refunds.
  • Vendor payments already made may be non-refundable.

7. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with our services:

  • Concerns must be reported in writing within 7 days after the event.
  • We will review the matter internally.
  • Refunds, if any, are issued at our sole discretion based on contractual obligations and documented service failure.

8. Force Majeure

CREST PRO LLC shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Acts of God
  • Emergencies
  • Public health events

Refunds in such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


9. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
